The last thing trolls need is attention and you're only doing them a favour by commenting which bumps their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to the front page. Any attempt of logic or "roasting" them is a waste of time as they'll simply bounce it back on you.

People who comment on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are just as stupid when they don't realize they're actually helping the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in their goal. You're not being clever by firing back at them, you're a collaborator.
