@Mr. Skullium you might need to watch how to pord models into garrysmod they follow a similar process i think there is one using blender in its 8.0-8.9 version, you might want to look at that video the guy there uses a dora model he downloads and then ports it into the source engine

I assume you're trying to add cosmetics, yeah? If so, you'd just add it from the cosmetic's QC, same as usual. If you're trying to remove something from the class model, though, and there isn't a bodygroup for it, you'll need to manually edit the class model in Blender.
