Perfect porous pancakes with milk, which are great for breakfast. These pancakes are fried in a dry frying pan and are very similar to American pancakes.

Products (for 4 servings):

Wheat flour - 250 g
Milk - 200 ml
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons
Egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons
Soda - 0.5 tsp spoons
Citric acid - 1/4 tsp spoons
Salt - 0.5 tsp
