Thank you for accepting this legally binding contract pursuant to the Entity Trial Administration Act of 2016. By voluntarily escaping through the Hatch provided by me ("The Killer"), you ("The Survivor") acknowledge that said escape constitutes full acceptance of the following legal agreement :

- The Survivor agrees to run the perk Premonition instead of their current Exhaustion perk for the next three matches .

Failure to comply with the terms outlined above will be considered a breach of contract, resulting in a civil penalty of 25,450 Auric Cells and 125,600 Iridescent Shards . Offending Survivors will also have all Bloody Party Streamers and additional Anniversary Cakes on their person confiscated. Furthermore, said Survivor will be required to undergo a six-week Survivor Reform Program, consisting of either a psychological evaluation at the Crotus Prenn Asylum or shock therapy treatment at Léry's Memorial Institute.

If you find any of the above-outlined requests unreasonable, you are welcome to make an appeal exclusively in person at our Illinois office located at 45 Lampkin Lane, Haddonfield (the road to which has been inaccessible since January 19, 2026).

This is a freelance contract, and by accepting its terms, you have already waived your protections granted by the Survivor Union. As such, any laws derived from the Survivor Rulebook are not applicable here.

If I am the survivor in your killer game and you give me hatch, refer to this contract and I will run Premonition for three games.
