‼️ Think twice before making a purchase! ‼️

Briefly :

The game strikes with its realism - from the oppressive life in the ghettos and political “eliminations” without cliches, to the atmosphere with shades of horror and excellent gunplay. Once, it was a true masterpiece: harsh, honest, alive.

But recent years and recent events have ruined it. Downgraded graphics, critical bugs, broken AI, and especially censorship - erased the very idea the project was built upon. The developers betrayed their own principles, and instead of an honest game we got hollow scaling for profit.

The game is still decent. But no longer a masterpiece.

Be careful and cautious about the possible optimism towards what RoN is turning into and where this road might lead.

// ATMOSPHERE & STORY (yes, there really is one)

Totalitarian rigidity of politics and government, corruption, negligence and improper support of veterans; pedophilia, sexual violence and slavery, drug trafficking and cartels; executions, mass shootings and school shootings, broken and missing souls.
This is not dystopia - this is reality. For most, all of this remains distant, but special forces and counter-terrorist units live with it every day.

// REALISM

The authenticity is striking - from the grim realities of the ghetto and peoples lives there to the subtle and cunning “eliminations” on the political front. No cliches, no unnecessary flamboyance.
The atmosphere with elements of horror and the realistic gameplay (including gunplay) grip far stronger than the pretty graphical “wrapper.”

// TWISTS & EMOTIONS

Sometimes bitterness is born out of subordination. And some suspects unexpectedly become objects of sympathy and regret. It’s human, and that hits hard.

// DISAPPOINTMENT

I believed in this game back in the alpha-beta testing years ago, and the developers themselves believed in it then. Of course, the project had its ups and downs (mainly in terms of gameplay, engine and DLCs), but the latest changes killed a lot:
• downgraded graphics;
• broken AI and engine bugs;
• abandonment of the original ideas;
• heavy censorship.

The developers went against what they once fought for. Now the project feels more like a train derailed in pursuit of profit.

// CONCLUSION

The game is still decent. But no longer a masterpiece.
The project has been scaled up purely for financial enrichment - with all the consequences that come with it.

I will refrain from discussing DLCs and other aspects. Bruh..? - Just study more reviews.

The developers did this and change the course on purpose, it is not a mistake or accident. And apparently, judging by their feedback to the community - it suits them, no cap.

And the main question remains - what will happen to it next?..
