marinate in ketchup for 24 to 36 hours. stab it with a fork multiple times so they ketchup really gets into the meat.
heat pan over high heat and add a knob of butter
cook steak 8 to 10 minutes per side

Hey, saw you last game playing ember, I normally play him, best thing to do with him is just play really aggressive with his ult. Even if you die you the nuke in team fights allows for your team to clean up. Also go bf first for the extra cleave and hp and mana regen :D.
