Playing vanilla is alright, with mods like Darthmod enhances this game visually and in audio. It's old but it is still good as it is one of the few war games that has battles on the land and at sea that utilizes 18th century weaponry.

If u want to play with toxic people who call you the n word just as you started playing, this game is for you!
Other than that I like knights.

So far this game is alright, the learning curve is quite steep. With lots of elements in this game such as skins(camos), skills for your captains, etc., it is quite hard to get in the game. This game is also pretty grind-heavy, I had to play many battles to gain enough xp to reach another tier, and with my poor skill that means I need twice as much battles as the average or pro players in this game. Visuals and audio is quite exquisite, almost immersive. Furthermore I enjoy the little trivia behind every ship in the game.
