My sleep schedule is similar to the stock market, and here's why. (1) it is both everywhere and nowhere at the same time. (2) Both can crash, but you never want them to. (3) When either crash, it is inevitably chaos. (4) If you are thoughtless with either, you are bound to receive punishment. (5) It's often difficult to financially recover from stocks, and often difficult to recover from an atrocious sleep schedule.
