A recreation of TFC's 2Fort using TF2 assets.
Unlike regular 2Fort, the intel and capture zone are separate,
the capture zone is situated on each base's balcony.

- Added a custom made navmesh
- Added annotations for when players try to cap the flag at the wrong place
- Added map logic to help TFbots get out of the water
- Added new chalkboard photos
- Added spectator cameras
- Added/Fixed a bit of detailing on the outside of each base
- Adjusted clipping globally
- Adjusted func_regenerates to be the same size as on regular 2Fort
- Fixed drain001 overlays being the wrong size
- Fixed engineers being able to block elevators
- Fixed func_respawnroomvisualizer using VPhysics collisions instead of BSP collisions
- Fixed light_fluorescent_farm prop clipping through the ground near spiral
- Fixed missing elevator alarm
- Fixed some dynamic and static props collisions not being set to non-solid
- Fixed that one chair that wasn't blue, not being blue
- Fixed wooden bridge not sounding like wood
