I bought this game to play with friends on couch but seems like any of my other controllers are not working, says press start or play to join and none of them seems to work, are there any fixes for this please?

i'm trying to open the launche in at least 3 diferents ways, but it doen't work, someone can help me with this?

hey i just started this game and it wont work with my controller so i have to use keyboard but the keyboard wont let me throw lighten bolt prizes. any ideas what to hit to use the prizes in the race or how to change the keyboard driving controls?

Is there any issues with this game

Whenever I try to start the game or config tool, I get an error saying "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close application" I've tried installing the included redistributables, using compatibility mode, and running as administrator, and it didn't work. I remember having this issue with Sonic Generations, unfortunately the solution for Generations was to use a fan made config tool, but no one has made one for this game. I'm using Windows 10 and an Nvidia 3070....
