changed my room some, figured hey I'll verify install of SteamVR before kicking off Room Setup, for good measure. Then a blocky laggy experience, try try try, decide to reinstall everything, and yes, now ViveWirelessSetup.exe won't run from fresh download, nor a 2023 archive I had that DID work just fine before. So that leaves Windows 10 or SteamVR(which it was fine before I verified integrity of Steam VR cache to "reinstall" SteamVR).... sigh
