Is it possible to create a private online match for multiplayer achievements?

Hey if anyone can help with some multiplayer achievements add me pls

i am new to sniping games. trying out this game since the 1st was horrendous; but i just begun the 2nd as it is suppose to be better; but i have my first question. when i start; i was in some jungle? swamp? why am i hinder from view with 2 black piece items? and why can't i see ally/enemy? i only see their weapon or a mark only. tried to see if options/setting have something i could turn it on, but i don't see anything like that. are we suppose to guess where we hit? okay; i tried to go to shooting range....

i don't see a save option if i need a quick save or if i need to return to where i last play? if i'm not mistaken there's autosave but probably only on certain checkpoint? is there no chance of us saving and start at a certain point? also Diaz is a huge idiot! shooting with no comms? isn't it vital to let a sniper know what your thought process is? half the time i had to clean up his oops-es. i try to stay hidden while he is staying in visible lines of enemy view. and his blunder always lead me to my demis...
