If special student does 0 damage, should I level up her damage equipment? And is there any reason at all to level up hp equipment? For example d michiru for pvp, should I max her fully or only level up healing equipment?

I've already saw what we are getting on Act 2 story update (UI update, QoL updates), but i think we miss something. For example: re-reading Momotalks is pain the ass, because we only can read what we are getting on relatinship episodes without proper momotalk chat log. I have to open ba wiki, read momotalk chat log and then read relationship episode.
