game will not open i have done the local files thing three times and uninstalled hl1 and the counter strike game

When I download this game, it creates a new folder in my Steam/steamapps/common called "Half-Life 80" instead of being installed in the regular "Half-Life" folder. When it installs in the "Half-Life 80" folder and I try to launch the game, it gives me an error saying "Missing Game Executable". It's checking the "Half-Life 80" folder for the hl.exe but it's in the regular "Half-Life" folder.
