Surprised you didn't mention "Hackers".

Id recommend the Total Recall remake, and Natural City. The first one, though not a masterpiece, has some of the best cyberpunk sceneries i've seem in years. Plus, a good cast and plot.

The second, a korean movie, is sheer cyberpunk action.

If you want to check out some really weird cyberpunk you should give 'Tetsuo: The Iron Man' a try. It's also kind of a classic, but be warned, kinda crazy. Apart from the most famous ones I like 'eXistenZ', '12 Monkeys', 'Eden Log', 'Dark City' and 'Renaissance'.

The Lawnmower Man is a must-see. It's from the early 90's when internet and concepts like virtual reality and cyberspace were new for most people. It fuses the idea of information technology with ancient occult aspects in a very interesting way. Another movie worth checking out is The Animatrix, a collection of short animated movies based on the Matrix universe. ^_^

Yeah, there is not too much action going on here. Joined recently, I am more in the postapocalyptic games, Stalker, Fallout etc but like Cyberpunk mainly from Movies, Animes etc... Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Blame, Eden but also Matrix or Bladerunner.
