Is the server perpetually messed up? Your maintenance plan states 1200 - 1600 hours, local time. It's already 1900. What's going on???

Bases are available on DADS #3 Chernarus- need larger groups for those bases. 7 available. Talk to admin and perhaps you will get a base :)
