The server is Player Supported via Donations. If you would like to contribute, there is a Donations link located below. Just point and click! Donations go directly into a secure "coffer" at NFO Servers for the account "[email protected]". Your donation and payment method is completely private and secure. For that reason, please leave a note stating your Steam username which allows Administrator to know Who To Thank. Donations will ONLY fund the DBAD Counter Strike 1.6 Bot server. Contribute generously!

As of 23-MAR-2026 the coffer balance is at $466.34 USD. Currently, the DBAD server rental is paid thru 28-NOVEMBER-2026. The annual fee of $254.80 becomes due each November and paid from coffer balance to provide yet another year of CS 1.6 gaming pleasure for all.

Another Christmas season is upon us which means it's time for some Holiday Treats! Beginning Christmas eve, Wednesday, Dec 24, all Xmas maps and Candy Cane Power-ups will be active through New Year's Day.

As a reminder, Santa Hats are currently available all through the holidays! Yes! More treats!

I learned something new! This "autobuy" command is really useful. By default, the command is already binded to "F1"

I just had to modify the text file; here's what mine looks like

With this, no worries that rebuy (F2) doesn't work anymore...

Also Autobuy weapons: the file is located the the cstrike folder called autobuy.txt. Open that up and modify the list at the bottom. CTL+A is a game changer!

FYI for our Linux friends out there, steam stores in in your home directory:
.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Half-Life/cstrike

@D.Howitzer just find the DBad servers and join the Sound server. Once there just type in the chat "setup" It will change send you to a group of servers (one at a time) and load all the sound files. After that, you can type into chat shortcuts like ins4 or gd or dang and the sound will play for you and everyone that has the sounds.
