ROE is made by Dubhghaill Ó Mágnus, on March 11th 14 (Or when was starting to get created) And is made to be a Hardcore RP Tier, Which will be really quick In Expansion. I thought the other Tier's were failing because the lack of Excitement in them, So I made this Tier instead, This will make people not only get a Strategy , but how to be forced to make decisions as well.

After crushing the Muscovites and their allies the First Imperial Russian Army was ordered South to Ukraine. The Ukrainian army was preparring an invasion of Russian territory and needed to be stopped. The First Imperial Army marched towards where they thought the enemy army was only to be suprised by Ukrainian forces occupying a hill. The cavalry forces clashed and the Russian left wing was lost, but the right wing was won. The remaining Ukrainian cavalry attempted to charge the Yegersky Life-Guard, a Jaeger regiment, only to be cut down by their murderous fire. With the Ukrainian cavalry threat effectively nuetralized the main battle Lines met and after one or two volleys the Ukrainians charged. The Preobrazhensky and Semenovsky took heavy casualties, as well as the Izmaylovsky and the Sankt-Peterburgskoye Life-Guard. The regular line Infantry and the Pavlovsky Grenadiers, who had taken less significant casualties and beat away the Ukrainian charge, wheeled left and poured shot after shot into the sides of the Ukrainians. And after a stoic and honourable last resistance by the Ukrainians, they turned and marched off the field, the Imperial Army was too tired and beaten up to give chase.

What has Happened:
Asia:
1)Mongolia almost takes all of China, leaving China with only 12 Regions and is Surrounded by Mongolia (War!)
2) Vietnam Gets more of its True borders.
3)Pirates almost take all of Indonesia, However, Indonesia lost it's Capital but expanded East.
4)Korea expands into West-Japan, Causing War.
5) Barbarians Attack Saudi Arabia, Leaving 12 regions,

Oceania: (Australia + New Zealand)
1)East and West Australia declare war on eachother, Which East Australia has won more land.
2) New Zealand is being Peaceful.

1)Canada expands to it's true Borders.
2)Mexico takes most of West America
3) Union Expands west of the Confederates.

3) Argentina tries to hold back Brazilian Invaders.

7) Poland Expands North into Latvian(Estonian,Lithuanian) Areas.
8) Finland Trap Swedish and Norway, and Expands East into Russian Areas.
9) Denmark Expands to Scotland.
10) Germany (Prussia) Expands to the French Borders.
11) France Expands into French Area's.
12) Iceland takes more of its True Borders,
13) Greenland takes more of it's true Borders.
