The GitP standard play league has been disbanded after stalling. A new league by the same name is starting up, and will run a strict 2-week limit for playing matches. Any "retired" teams that wish to participate in the GitP Open League are welcome to do so (remember, "Belkar" sent you!), for players who would like a change of pace. I'm still not sure which team will be my representative.

I posted this as a comment, but am listing it here, too. Season two of the GitP league is complete. Season three will begin shortly (roughly 48 hours). I would recommend anyone interested apply. We currently have 21 teams registered, and the Cyanide client prefers nicely divisible numbers (I'd love to see 24 teams, personally).

Ok, roughly 48 hours for signing up new teams. Currently 21 signed up. I would love to see 3 more, since 24 is a nice number for dividing evenly.

Season two of the GitP league is finished. Anyone who wishes to sign up for it (and has not already done so) can join for season three before it is officially started. I do not have a precise timeline for the start of next season.

Created a group for easier organization of GITP Open League matches. Made Alyoshka an officer. Anyone else want mod or officer powers just ask :)
