Want to join a community involved in huge clan stacking on multiple games?

I'm hoping I can get this original small group of friends to something big where we can roam around on multiple games clan stacking. But more importantly a teamspeak filled with players and friends a like where there is a variation of games to play and if I ask "Anyone looking to play NTW?" there will be atleast one person who either owns the game or wants to play it.

The admins of the teamspeak will be designated with a name Community admin, there role is to insure there are no arguments and everyone gets along as well as no one being the odd one out and being ditched to play by themselves unless thats what they like doing. Currently there a few clans in the teamspeak but that is going to be capped to a maximum of three, currently there is one more spot left.
