Mistake SCP movement

According to Foundation authorities, they state a movement mistake for Subject 996. A instruction log told MTF forces to escort all substances of 966 species to a wide row of 5 by 5 meter test tubes. After being moved, 3 reported 966 species have went missing.

Day 1 1/█/16 - Multiple sightings of subject 966 is been reported and noted in Sector-██. 966-2 and 966-4 were found and moved back to test tube chambers.

Day 2 1/█/16 - The mistake was discovered and fixed by O5, 966 species moved back to original chamber. 966-1 was finally found lurking around the ceiling ventilation (Strange behavior). Surveillance feeds show before entering ventilation shafts, 966-1 seemed to have been [DATA EXPUNGED]ing a victim in a mailing station.

Day 5 1/█/16 - It seems that 966-2 had been camping out in blocked off labs and offices. It was discovered when Dr. ████ caught onto the fact he kept feeling brushes of air in a air tight office with no vents leading there. Inspection was made and found 966-2 and contained.

Dclass containment break-out

There has recently been a Main tenace problem which resulted in 9 classds escaping their cells and wandering the facility. Due to maintenace wiring and d class escape, a few SCPs has broken out. Considering Dr. [BLANK] was in the Observatory studying SCP 106 until the main tenace problem, same thing with the following " Subject 051, 049, 1000, and 106. We have secured most of the
D class back in their cells. 5 Recovered, 2 killed, and 2 missing (assumed to have been caught by SCP 106. Sadly, a few doctors didn't make it out alive during this breach. Hopefully, their souls rest in piece.
