Just copy and paste the ironsights into the weapon-scripts (found in the scripts-folder...). If an ironsight already exists, overwrite it. You may want to hold a copy of the original script-files, in cast you mess something up or you don't like these ironsights (because the weapons are rolled, so it gives a slight illusion that the weapon is supported by the sholder...).
Useful console commands for ironsights are (except of cause the ironsight-command itself):
crosshair 0|1 -enables/disables the crosshair
crosshair_vis_in_ironsightmode 0|1 -enables/disables the crosshair while ironsighting (only works with crosshair 1)
smod_ro_aimmode 0|1 -enables/disables the red-orchestra-like aimmode
smod_ro_aimmode_autocenter 0|1 -moves the crosshair back to the middle after some time (when set to 1)
smod_ro_aimmode_radius 0-i dunno -sets the radius in which the crosshair can move

If you want to disable the ROAimmode for some specific weapons (for example the physcannon), add "DisableROAimmode" "1" into the weaponscript, somewhere in weapondata.
