ACF in....Space

The rules: to start off here are the classifications of ships. each has their own limitations as far as weight, guns, systems, thrust, size, abilities, and armor.

Let's start with the ship classes.

1. Corvette [Corvette, generally smaller than Frigates, but ♥♥♥♥ it]
2. Frigate
3. Destroyer [Bit bigger than Frigate, with bigger guns, still fast]
4. Cruiser [Big enough to hold its own in battle]
5. Battle Cruiser (Faster Battleship [Less Armor, big guns]
6. Battleship [big guns and armor. Not fast]
7. Capital Ship/Carrier [big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ with guns and ♥♥♥♥]
8. Dreadnaught/Titan/Super Carrier [♥♥♥♥ me]


Gun requirements

this list shows the gun thresholds. so if class 5 has a 100mm C, all classes above have access to that gun, all below classes do not.

*class specific, no other ship can have this specific gun

1. 20mm AC, 37mm C, 20mm HMG, grenade launchers*, 14.5mm MG, 25mm SAC

2.37mm C, 37mm SAC, 30mm AC,

3. 20mm RAC*, 50mm C, 20mm HMG,

4. 45mm SAC, 75mm C, 30mm HMG, 75mm H, 75mm AL*, 20mmMG

5. 100mm C, 60mm M, 20mm MG, 105mm H, 40mm HMG

6. 40mm AC

7. 155mm H, 57mm SAC, 50mm AC, 120mm AL*, 120mmC, 30mm RAC(carrier only)

8. 203 H Dreadnought*, 140mmC

Size Requirements: WIP your ship must fit within these props squared. They can be in any orientation (upright, horizontal, whatever). Size isn't too big of a deal. It's only a problem if you have a high class ship that's tiny, you might get called out for it. So at least try to give it the proper size.

Armor requirements: all armor is based on your ship class. Below are genral armor thickness but required ton limits.

You are required to make your ships armor have -60 ductility.
APHE is reccomended

1. 50mm (100 tons)
2. 60mm ( 200 tons)
3. 70mm (250 tons)
4. 80mm (300 tons)
5. 90mm (350 tons)
6. 100mm (400tons)
7. 110mm (450 tons)
8. 120mm (500 tons)


System Requirements: Whatever class ship you have you must have these required systems on board.

The E2 for the ships comes with four systems. yaw, pitch, forward thrust, and roll. these systems are four Sprops 2x2 cubes and must be stored inside your ship.

Ship Abilities: each type of ship has their own abilites as specified below

1. two mouse aim turrets

2. two mouse aim turrets

3. get one mouse aim turrets OR you may have two shield/cloaking/distortion props with 45mm armor

4. a battering ram with a forcer (force limit not yet tested)

5. Allowed 2 grabbers with a range of 750

6. Guns must be broadside only but can be mouse aimed up/down only

7. Capital ships get four shield props in your area choosing which must be visible and have 100mm thickness. Carriers get four fighters to circle the ship

8. dreadnoughts are "almost" indestructible, almost. Super Carriers get six fighters, Titans get two fighters


How to start: to start you must first choose what kind of ship you want to build. So select a ship 1-8. Once you have decided I reccomend spawning the size requirement plate for your ship. Once that is done you can start planning your ships layout, armnament, size, etc... WIP e2 instructions coming soon.
