𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬!

TF2 and CS:GO source codes got leaked today. What this means is anyone can alter the live build of the game, and cheaters can execute codes that can harm your PC.
Do not play any TF2 servers official or unofficial, it might be safer to just not open TF2 in general, we don't know yet. Do not throw blame around as we have very little evidence or details to base off at the current moment. You probably do not need to delete TF2, but some people are doing it as a better safe than sorry technique.

To clarify a few things:
- Running the game offline (meaning your PC isn't connected to the internet) is completely risk free. The issue starts if you try to play CS:GO or TF2 online, let it be on a Valve official server or community server.
- Just having the game on your PC does not risk any harm on your PC. Only playing the game risks you getting possible malware.
- Please, please, try and stay up to date with Valve's official accounts and each games' respective developer team. If there's any fix being made or pushed out as an update, they'll be the first to let you know.
- Don't fearmonger, mislead, or share misinformation or anything to cause a bigger outrage than what's already going on. We yet have to see how this all develops.
- For the time being, play some other games, maybe try out a new hobby, or maybe research and look into the situation yourself.
