Star vs the Forces of Evil is an American animated comedy adventure series on Disney XD. The show is about Princess Star Butterfly from the dimension of Mewni. She received the family herloom wand for her 14th birthday. After Star receives the wand, she catches the castle on fire by accident. Her parents decide that for the best Star should be sent to Earth. While on Earth, she becomes friends with Marco Diaz and lives with his family while attending Echo Creek Academy. They will both have to deal with school life while protecting Star's wand from a group of monsters and their leader, Ludo. The series is created by Daron Nefcy and first aired on March 30th, 2015.
