APTSA has recently received a few reports of random friend invites that when accepted leak a virus onto your computer, also known as a "Harddrive killer". We assume Steam has taken the nessescaily steps to put a stop to this but we still advise everyone to be wary of random friend invites.

The Lack of Reports

As many of you know, we have a quite thin and lacking database. Recently, we've noticed that Phisers have gone a bit quieter recently but hacking still remains the same. Recently a group member had all of his inventory stolen. He did not click on strange links or anything but some how a vrius got onto his computer and took his information. So remember, even if the link doesnt appear on steam and instead your browser, that doesn't mean your items are safe. We suggest using security software such as McAfee.
