eth0's Empires Server finalises 'Beta' stage this weekend

Thanks to all the awesome feedback and play-time people have been putting in I'm now ready to finalise the 'Beta' stage of the server this weekend.

This means mostly evaluating the right mix of plugins (mostly administration, but maybe with a few fun ones ;)) and setting up the initial group of moderators for the server.

Hopefully this won't introduce any new major issues, and if not the server will go 'Gold' on Sunday evening.

Applications for Moderators: I'll be opening up applications for moderators soon, so look out for an annoucement next week.
