type bot_mimic in console make then follow ur every move

you can also use sb_stop so they wont move.

Also, if you would like to keep playing a map, you can use the Warp_all_survivors_here command, which will teleport the survivors to where ever you are looking. Quite a helpful command for when they are about to reach the saferoom and end your fun.. :D
