1. You must have around 700 hours in TF2*
2. No squeakers
3. You must be decent at the game :p
4. Must be able to compete at approximately 8PM Eastern Time on a somewhat regular basis
5. I would HIGHLY recommend a microphone, as voice chat is nearly essential for a good player
6. Regardless of having a microphone, all group members are required to use Mumble for TF2 Center practice and Discord for everything else.

Discord is a free low latency VoIP program, and can be used both through a webpage(aka not installing it) and by installing the application(recommended)

Mumble is also a free low latency VoIP program, this is only used for TF2Center however

If you don't have a mic, I would recommend staying off the classes that really demand heavy team communications(Scout, Spy etc), HOWEVER you are still required to connect to Discord during matches

Practice sessions are recommended but not mandatory
