Welcome to the anti-skrub force! (Assuming you're not a skrub) We're a group dedicated to reduce the number of players being targeted as "noobs" or in this case, skrubs in Team Fortress 2. That might sound evil.....until you learn how we're gonna do that. What we're going to do is get group members donate to the owner or administrators of the group. And what's donated will be given to players new to the game. EXAMPLE: BillyBob123 is a member. He chooses to donate a hat to SuperHuman845 who is an admin. SuperHuman845 joins a TF2 server, and gives that hat to a player who is supposedly new to the game. Simple, and not at all evil. Right? Riiiiiiiight?
