Closed beta test group for the NewPen StarBound server

The NewPen starbound server is currently in beta testing. Don't expect much from it at the moment.

The current plan is to keep the test group small until we have some proper server commands and controls. If you want to invite someone along, let me know. As long as it's not a dozen people it's probably alright.
