Secret of the Demoman Crosshair

So we all know the Demoman fires his stuff off-center, and if you didn't know, maybe that new info explains some things if you're a Demo main, or have seen new Demomen missing every single grenade shot. The bad crosshair always annoyed me, but that's nothing a bit of a HUD+cfg mod can't solve.

It's a bit hackish and a bit of a hassle to port into a new HUD (ir relies on the cl_crosshair_scale command), but I think the effort's worth it for having an easier time nailing those direct grenade hits

I learned how to clean up a lot of the code, which makes it way easier to work on. A downside to that is I ended up reworking a lot of the HUD, nearly starting from scratch, so this version might be missing a few things from the older beta. But I think this is the finalized look that I'm going with.

Since it's a beta, expect it to be incomplete and possibly broken in a few places. That said, I play the game fine with it, so as a functional HUD I'd say it works fine.

One final note: Minmode hasn't been touched for sure, please play on the default size for now
