We thought a lot about the functionality and gameplay in general and came up with a really nice phone interaction. First thing you will notice is the Message Notifications, with a Message Preview that fades out.

The beauty of the Phone UI is, that you can keep playing while having the phone open. That´s actually not so easy to achieve, but we did it 😎💪You navigate through the phone with the Arrow-Keys/Enter/Backspace so it will never be in the way of other keys and close by your right hand. That way, you will not be killed while fighting, etc. Very cool!

The phone will work as our main "Hub" for almost everything. Map & Tracking, Messages & Quests, Contacts, Photomode, Change time of day (Alarm), etc.

This will be a major Quality of Life improvement! I can´t wait to have that in the game.

We also did our Homework for that feature 😏

The idea is to have the Vehicles Spawn at a close, plausible Position.

• Car: spawns on the Road, if there is no Road nearby, the next plausible Position

• Jetski & Shops: Spawn close by, depending on the water Depth. So the Yacht will not spawn close to the Shore because the water is not deep enough, etc.

• Audible indicator where the Vehicle spawns "honk honk" 🚨

• All kinds of conditions like: can´t spawn another Vehicle while driving, no Yacht in a tiny Pond, etc. etc. All kinds of "nerdy Rocket-Science" stuff 😏😎

Again, an amazing quality of Life improvement 💪🏝️🍹🥳

Oh, and the Yacht will be driveable 🥳
