- No more 3 minute rounds and autobhop breaking down

KNOWN BUGS

- ckSurf stops showing your speed for a few seconds after passing through a stage zone. The dev knows about it and a fix is forthcoming.

ADDENTENUM/APOLOGY lol

The reason for everything breaking down was I was just blindly updating the server CSGO instance without any way of tracking changes. Valve's getting pretty obnoxious with wiping configs back to their defaults, that's what caused the messed up points/autobhop breaking/short rounds. I've got all the files that were getting wiped backed up now so I can just drop them in and it'll work, should a future update require it.
