HOW TO TAKE A SHOWER

THINGS YOU NEED:
- a washed and clean shirt
- clean underwear (being musky isn’t attractive)
- clean pants
- any hair shampoo and conditioner
- body wash
- loofa
- towel for body
- towel for hair

ADDITIONAL NEEDS:
- hair brush
- lotion

step 1:
- turn the shower on and set the temp
step 2:
- put ur clean clothes on ur bed
step 3:
- remove ur dirty clothes and get in the shower
step 4:
- use shampoo only on ur scalp and massage
step 5:
- rinse shampoo off
step 6:
- use conditioner ONLY on hair, avoid scalp as much as possible
step 7:
- leave in for 3-5 minutes then wash ur hair
step 8:
- put ur body wash on ur loofa
step 9:
- wash your body ENTIRELY, including legs, feet, and ur priv parts
step 10:
- rinse the body wash off
step 11:
- get out of the shower and put ur hair in the towel
step 12:
- dry ur body w the other towel
step 13:
- apply lotion over body
step 14:
- get into ur clean clothes on the bed
step 15:
- after ur hair is no longer dripping wet, brush and air dry
