The perfect entrance to Yakuza, and serves as a great prequel. The story is captivating with drama, and the combat is fun, and challenging. I wish the secret styles had more depth though, finally having a game where you can really get a feel of Majima in combat compared to fighting him in 1 is such a fun gimmick, as you can use that to understand how you'll be fighting him in 1. Plenty of foreshadowing in zero that hints to later games, keeps you wanting more. Thank you GOOSE for getting me into the series.
