Trust factor is profiling and is illegal for anyone to do so. It is a bias that is not fair to players on any point. I payed for the game and also played Betas I am green and have not had problems in most games. The problem stems from Valves incompetence on why people are red is categorically incorrect, Meaning most players that play games are ADD or ADHD people that have behavior problems, This in itself is a disgrace to anyone that has this disability. So in respect to those that have red trust forget it and get on a platform that does not judge you. ADA is a real law and valve breaks this law every day to those that have this issue even people that are on the spectrum of Autism. ADD ADHD are in the spectrum. So valve may have another issue to face if it does not clean up its bullying online.
