I've just uploaded it from gamebanana for convenience sake, I'm not trying to take any credit from the original creator (don't care about any credit tbh).

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BOTS
type in console this:
"sv_allow_point_servercommand always"
and then restart the map or type "retry" into the console.

mp_teams_unbalance_limit 0 — убирает ограничение на разницу в количестве игроков между командами (без этого автобаланс может сработать даже при отключённой основной опции).
