these are some rules and a little explanation for the existing and the future admins.


╔═► what's the real meaning of the word admin ?

admin, diminutive of administrator, from the latin verb: administrare, which means: to manage, to serve.
it never meant: the master, the god or any similar stuff.


╠═► can I be admin ?

we need serious and active admins, it can be FREE with some good flags depending on your maturity and behaviour.
a lot of people are asking for it, but the most of theme don't desserve it: it's not the problem to be too young, the problem is to bee an immature person.
you should live in the server, know all its maps, called a lot of friends to the group and server too :).
so if you are serious, not a cheater, maybe you will be an admin within. judge yourself, and ask us.


╠═► now I'm admin, what can I do ?

to be admin is not to be the god of the server, insulting, slaying, and kiking the people, or giving godmod and no-clip to yourself.
you are a player as everyone, your flags allow you to manage the server by searching for the cheaters, making vote, changing maps, and playing too.

only the leaders have the the ban flag, cause it's really a hard responsibility and can't be allowed to everyone. if you see a cheater and the leaders were online then just contact them.


╠═► should my admininstration flags be upgraded or lost ?

yes, if the leaders judged you better or lower. and a fallen admin will never see his admin flags restored, it's like the VAC ban !

don't cry to be admin, and then you forget it and leave the server when you had tried to be so great.
visit the server as you can, play or just spectate if you are tired or to watch an alleged cheater.


╚═► exceptions:

if you have some problems, busy, sick, tired, or any other excuse please tell us, we are humans too and not bots. we can help you in your real life and not only ask you to be an active admin.
